We all are living in uncertain times; when survival and safety of the human race has become the first priority of all state governments. During this period, most of the states across India have imposed; either full or partial lockdowns. These norms have considerably slowed down our operations related to dispatch & delivery of your orders placed with us. We are trying our best to operate to the best of our abilities. In some cases there can be hold ups in deliveries and we want you to know that none of this is intentional but a consequence of the prevailing circumstances. We promise that we are striving to serve you in the best possible way and at the same time we will highly appreciate your patience & support. As you are aware, each purchase of yours has gone on to impact livelihoods in a positive way.

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched as per the website returns policy(please refer to the returns policy page for details). To do so, please click on the initiate return link under the customer care section or get in touch with our support team at +91-9849204464 Opens in your application or email us at foxedventure@gmail.com with your order number and your request . You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

There is no Minimum order value, However there will be a delivery charge for  all orders depending on pin code and country.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, along with a sms to your registered mobile number, mentioning the order details – like product name, size, color, quantity purchased, price, purchase date, estimated delivery date etc. Please note we will need your email id and phone number to process the order and have it delivered.

Our support team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card account used to make the payment or via a gift card. It usually takes 10-15 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the ‘My Orders’ Tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won’t reflect in the ‘My Orders’ section but don’t worry, we will send you timely updates via email and SMS apprising you of your order status.

You can redeem your store credit in the “Cart” page. There is a drop-down on that page that enables you to redeem the credit stored against your account

We try our best to keep the store stocked at all times, however in case a situation arises where you are unable to find your favorite product, you can add it to ‘My Wish list’. Once the product is available, we attempt to inform you within 24 hours for you to log back on and add to your shopping cart. 

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. 1. Online Payment via Credit or Debit Cards. 2. Net Banking 3. Online Payment via Wallets and UPI – For payments involving QR code scanning, please use a desktop since QR code scanning cannot happen from the same device. ( standard terms & conditions will apply as per the payment gateway company policy), please explore all payment options at the time of checkout.
