Shipping Policy
Ekoplay India (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://ekoplayindia.com/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We (at Ekoplay India ) are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Returns
5.1 Return Due To Product damage or Wrong product received
Ekoplay India will happily accept returns due to To Product damage or Wrong product received as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, though we shall help with the shipment for the returned product and the new product Once returns are received and accepted, a fresh product shall be shipped to the customer.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5.2 Warranty Returns
Ekoplay India does not take responsibility for the warranty.
6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Shipment processing time / Transit Time Domestically
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 to 15 working days depending on the product order, in certain cases, products are made post order received.
6.2 Shipment processing time / Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.
6.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment of the order.
6.4 Change Of Delivery Address
Please check the delivery address before making the final payment as the address of delivery cannot be changed, we shall be glad to assist you to reassign the address for an extra cost as per the shipping charges applicable.
6.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Ekoplay India will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
6.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
6.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
6.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
8. Tracking Notifications upon Dispatch
Customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
9. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us at foxedventure@gmail.com with attached pictures of the damage within 24 hours. return of damaged products shall not be possible post 24 hours.
10. Duties & Taxes
10.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax or GST shall be extra as per the product.
10.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
11. Cancellations of orders
Order once placed cannot be canceled but exchanging can be done after communicating with us.
12. Insurance
The products are not insured and if the customer needs any insurance, the same can be provided at an extra cost.
12.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process and replace you as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
12.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
