We have a 24 hours return policy for certain products like textiles, clothing, decor and accessories. products like food, consumables, personal care, furniture, jewelry do not come under returnable products and shall not be taken back, please read the return policy before purchase on the product page since each product has a different return policy and we shall not be able to honors returns in case of non returnable products and if the request is made after 24 hours return time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You also need to furbish us with pictures of the damage for proof.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).Interior decor products (such as furniture, furnishings and related) We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, unless you have received a damaged product and has to be exchanged with a fresh one or you have received a wrong product and need to exchange it for the right one. Please check size and measurements before buying a product, the same cannot be returned or exchanged due to size issues.

Refunds

There is no refund for products, if you have received a wrong product or a damaged product, the same can be returned and a fresh product shall be sent to you.
